Tenant Representation

  • We work with the client to identify the primary needs: location, amenities, square footage, timeline and budget.

  • Using our vast market knowledge and resources, available properties are identified that meet the search criteria.

  • Matching properties are presented to the client and a shortlist is created.

  • Coordinate a tour with each property on the shortlist.

  • After thoroughly analyzing each property with the client, we determine which property best fits the overall need.

  • Evaluate current market conditions and negotiate lease terms with the landlord, review counteroffers and compete for the best available deal for the client.

  • Confirm that the lease documentation is consistent with lease negotiations. Finalize the transaction.

Investment Sales

  • BUYER

    • Understand the client's criteria including preferred property type, market area and available financing.

    • We will conduct a search based on the buyer's criteria through various listing databases and our own professional networks we have developed.

    • When a property is identified, we will take the lead on negotiations representing the buyer's interests.

    • Assist in the coordination of the closing process with all other parties including the buyer, seller, title company and lender.

  • SELLER

    • Have a conversation with the client and research the property to better understand the historical and current standing of the property and the client's investment goals moving forward.

    • We develop a marketing strategy including a high quality marketing package and distribution among several platforms and professional networks to identify potential interested buyers.​

    • When a buyer is identified, we will take the lead on negotiations representing the seller's interests.

    • Assist in the coordination of the closing process with all other parties including the buyer, seller, title company and lender.
