Bill, President of WAH Tex Realty Services, LLC, brings to the table a remarkable 45 year carrer in the Dallas commercial real estate market, marked by his founding of the company in 1989. His professional journey spans a diverse spectrum, covering everything from bank REO's to national tenants, land development and navigating multi property investment portfolios. His dedication and wealth of knowledge have been pivortal in the success of both his clients and the company as a whole.

Bill has spent most of his life in the Dallas area and has strong ties to the community. He graduated from Hillcrest High School in Dallas and earned his degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He and his wife Laura live in Dallas. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching the Texas Rangers and landscaping.

Andrew is a commercial real estate broker with WAH Tex Realty Services, LLC and has been licensed since 2011. His primary area of expertise is in the landlord representation of multi-tenant industrial and retail assets. He is committed to delivering professional service and building lasting client relationships. With a deep understanding of the real estate industry, he consistently exceeds his clients' expectations.
As a native of Dallas and a graduate of Lake Highlands High School, Andrew's local roots run deep. He earned his degree from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. He currently lives in Plano with his wife,
Sandi, and their two dogs, Tarzan and Sammie. Andrew enjoys exploring Galveston with his wife, is dedicated to serving his community and passionately follows the Texas Rangers.
