The company was founded in 1989 by William Hervey. We focus on offering high quality service to our clients by creating an innovative and customized plan based on their individual needs. We provide many services in project leasing, property management, investment sales, tenant representation and consulting across the DFW Metroplex. WAH Tex Realty Services leases and manages all types and class of commercial space covering the entire DFW Metroplex. We look forward to hearing from you about one of our many properties or services.

William A. Hervey
President
Bill is the President of WAH Tex Realty Services, LLC. He has been in the Dallas Commercial Real Estate industry since 1979 and started WAH in 1989. His main objective is to expand the business opportunities of the company.
Bill has spent most of his life living in the Dallas area. He is a graduate of Hillcrest High School in Dallas, Texas and an alum of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Andrew W. Hervey
Broker | ACoM
Andrew has been working with WAH Tex Realty Services, LLC since 2011 and obtained his Texas Real Estate Brokers License in 2020. Andrew handles all property management, investment sales and oversees the leasing on our area properties.
Andrew was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School in Dallas, Texas and an alum of McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. He lives in Plano with his wife, Sandi, and their two dogs, Tarzan and Sammie.
