Using our vast market knowledge and resources, available properties are identified that meet the search criteria. Property matches are presented to the client and a shortlist is created.
Coordinate a tour with each property on the shortlist. From there we work with the client to analyze the data and determine which property best fits the overall need.
Evaluate current market conditions and negotiate lease terms with the landlord, review counteroffers and compete for the best available deal for the client.
Confirm that the lease documentation is consistent with lease negotiations. Finalize the transaction.
